Teachers often discuss their teaching practice, their students, or professional development. At the same time, what teachers feel and what emotional difficulties they might have are often behind the scenes. But this is exactly what we should talk about more if we want to prevent professional burnout, emotional breakdowns, loss of motivation, and other problems.
This workshop is dedicated to teachers' emotional well-being and ways of sustaining it. Participants will track the level of their professional motivation and the factors influencing it. They will learn how to identify emotions and deal with them in and outside the classroom; they will diagnose their work-life balance and try improving it using psychological and coaching techniques. The workshop will be beneficial for any teacher who cares about their emotional well-being and wants to improve their mental health.
